Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays and other peak periods.
Q: How can I track my order?
Order and delivery updates will be sent to the email address used at checkout. A tracking link will be included when available.

Q: What are Bamboolove toilet rolls made from?
Our toilet rolls are made from 100% virgin bamboo pulp. Pack sizes and sheet counts vary, so check the individual product page for full specifications.
Q: Are Bamboolove toilet rolls bleached?
Yes. Our toilet rolls are whitened using an Elemental Chlorine Free, or ECF, process.
This means elemental chlorine gas is not used during whitening. ECF is not the same as a totally chlorine-free process.
Q: Are they septic tank safe?
Yes! Our rolls are biodegradable and safe for all plumbing systems.
Q: What packaging do you use?
Packaging varies by product and format.
Our bamboo paper products use paper or cardboard packaging where stated. Some cleaning products use reusable containers or refill pouches. Check the individual product page for packaging details.

Q: Why do you use bamboo?
We use bamboo as an alternative fibre for our paper-based products.
It allows us to make soft, strong and familiar everyday essentials without relying solely on conventional tree-based pulp.
Q: Are all Bamboolove products plastic-free?
No. Packaging and product components vary across the range.
We work to reduce unnecessary single-use plastic where practical and offer refill formats for selected products. Specific material and packaging information can be found on each product page.
Q: How does Bamboolove approach sustainability?
We focus on practical improvements rather than broad promises: choosing more considered materials, reducing unnecessary packaging and offering refillable formats where they make sense.
We are continuing to improve our products, packaging and supply choices as better options become available.

Q: How will a Bamboolove purchase appear on my credit-card statement?
